Abstract:
Widely used way to assess quality of ephemerides in global navigation satellite systems is it-s comparison with precise etalon. This way cannot be used to analyze quality of forecast (predicted) ephemerides because high precision etalon of ephemerides is usually computed in post-processing mode. Using of precise point positioning without ambiguity resolution of phase measurements to qualitative comparison of satellite navigation ephemerides from different sources is considered in the article. Computing experiment is conducted for three different stations (Russia, Belgium, Canada) and 3 days of observations. Detection and analysis of anomalous values in ephemerides that lead to discontinuous increase of user positioning error is demonstrated. Comparison of precise point positioning with common observation model for GLONASS and GPS systems and for these systems used separately is shown.
