The universal recipient - the first step on a way to the universal donor

Abstract:
At a certain stage of ontogenesis in a genome of a pig the genetic information (transgenic) responsible for a tissues compatibility to a genome of Homo sapiens was placed. In 1 year and 3 months at animals blood samples for research on AB 0 compatibility with standard serums of the person of 0 (I), A (II), B (III) and AB (IV) groups were taken. Research showed that in blood of a skilled animal isn\'t revealed antibodies to AB anti-genes of Homo sapiens. The conclusion is drawn that the animal received as a result of gene re-construction can be qualified as the universal recipient of blood. It is the first step on a way to creation of the universal donor for the Homo sapiens.
