Abstract:
Modern military aircraft systems capable of performing a wide range of air combat missions in various weather conditions play a key role in the course of military operations. This causes significant changes in views on the role and place of aviation systems in military conflicts, as well as on the forms, methods of combat employment and welfare, including the weather. Currently in the process of management of military aircraft systems need to have more specific information about the features of their functioning in a highly dynamic meteorological and other environmental influences. This fact requires the study of new approaches to reduce the negative impact of weather uncertainties and decision-making process on the performance of aviation tasks based on new mathematical ideas. The ambiguity of the impact of meteorological conditions on the mechanisms of the aircraft systems leads to the concept of nonlinearity intended for the use of mathematics. In addition, the high sensitivity of the system parameters on the initial conditions makes it impossible to use traditional mathematical methods in the construction of the control system. Therefore, the researchers used qualitative and quantitative methods of the theory of deterministic chaos, successfully used in recent years for the analysis of nonlinear dynamic systems hypersensitive. Separately grounded methodical approach to the description of the operation of aircraft systems in terms of deterministic chaos. A model of dynamic control of aviation system. In this paper main conclusions. Construction of the model aircraft control system depending on the weather conditions, must be performed on the basis of the application of the actual and forecast weather information, as well as the information about the degree of chaos parameters of the system as a whole. Selection of inadequate management, leading to inefficiencies in the meteodependent aviation system, due to the presence of residual meteoneopredelennosti due primarily characteristic of practical situations mismatch forecast and actual meteorological data, as well as the lack of deterministic law of the effects of weather on the output parameters of the aviation system. When formalizing the influence of meteorological conditions on the management of the aviation system need to use strategies to get the actual and forecast weather data.
