The mathematical model of support decision making based on fuzzy logic in the process management of environmental security in the region

Abstract:
It is shown that the safe operation of natural and economic systems has a complex dependence on a number of influencing factors. In this context, improving the quality of environmental security in the region, using intelligent systems support management of environmental decisions is extremely important and urgent task. It has been shown that the construction of the above systems is necessary to make use of different kinds of information, including fuzzy information. The aim of the work is to improve the quality of ecological security of natural and economic systems based on building a fuzzy model of decision support system. The structure of the above model is based on a formal communication subsystems - the set of states of the environment, the set of actions of the person making the decision, a number of limitations, internal and external communications system. Based on the analysis of the original information is to assess the level of environmental safety and effectiveness of the region, including on the environmental component of management decisions. Implementation of the interaction between the subsystems is to perform the following tasks: evaluation of the ecological state of air quality in a number of components (integrated assessment of the ecological status of individual regions and the region as a whole); decision support, ensuring the establishment of restrictions on the operation of serviced natural and economic systems; making the necessary changes to the database. The work carried out formalization of the problem of interaction of subsystems in terms of game theory. It is understood that the actions of the various subsystems are defined by existing control mechanisms - regulation of emissions of enterprises, encouraging the introduction of cleaner technologies and reduction of pollutants. In this control center, having the first move, can limit the ability of other components. Implementation of solutions will provide benefits for the system. The paper noted that the quality of the environmentally sound decisions related to the degree of adequacy of approaches to the evaluation of fuzzy information available to the decision maker. Increasing demands in the preparation of the final implementation of the relevant models of application of fuzzy logic and fuzzy expert systems. The constructed model uses as input both objective and subjective information (fuzzy expert systems). The task of building a fuzzy expert system reduces to identify the preferences of the decision maker, and to build on this basis, an adequate model to choose the best alternative.
