Creating competitive products is inextricably linked with the extraction of results of scientific and technical activities, and their protection as objects of intellectual property. In a highly competitive market space, companies that ignore using advanced scientific and technological achievements, which is, as a rule, intellectual property, cannot be competitive with all its consequences. Therefore, special significance goes to the problems associated with the formation of an effective system of intellectual property management in the enterprise. There is a correlation between the results of research and production activities and their protection as the intellectual property. The special attention is paid to the commercialization of intellectual property. There also provides a methodology for intellectual property management system for the creation of competitive products, the foundation of which is an active expert link.
