The formation recognition features method of low bitrate voice coding protocols

Abstract:
One of the urgent tasks of radiocontrol is to recognize the lowspeed speech encoding (LSE) protocols. The paper proposes a new method for the formation of the LSE protocols recognition features. Recognition features are common object properties whose values can be measured or calculated. The recognition objects are digital streams generated by the vocoder characterized rate vocoder output and the amount of bits in one block of digital stream. According to the analysis of available information about the object is made apriori dictionary of recognition features. In a method of formation of the recognition features LSE protocols proposed to use the coefficient of redundancy containing the voice message, which is represented as a rectangular matrix. As a result of calculating, the coefficient of redundancy values formed the vector φ. Incomplete first block of digital stream made distortion of vector φ. As an alternative method of forming the signs of recognition features, LSE protocol in which a rectangular matrix of digital stream is considered as a system of random variables. The system of random variables characteristics is a set of values expectations and va-riances presented in the form of vectors m and d, and also the values of the coefficient covariance and correlation coefficient, presented in the form of a correlation matrix C, and normalized correlation matrix R. Available a priori dictionary of recognition features of LSE protocols includes vectors φ, m, d, and the matrices C, R.
