Abstract:
Resource of modern products is expressed in tens of thousands of hours, which virtually eliminates the possibility of resource estimation using tests. In this paper we offer theoretical foundations of calculation and estimation of life-s features of electronic equipment working in set (normal) mode through life-s features of electronic equipment working in another mode. Application of universal additive damage accumulation model, in which ageing process in any operation mode under consideration are self-similar, serves as methodological foundations of calculation and estimation. Objects life-s features calculation and estimation examples are shown for specific law of life consumption.
