Abstract:
Narrow band pass filters of W-range on metasurfaces with cross-shaped periodic elements are analyzed numerically. Closed-form ex-pressions allowing calculating the resonant frequencies of such 2D periodic structures are presented. Transmission characteristics of frequency selective surfaces in frequency range 70-110 GHz are simulated. The influence of sizes and electro physical properties of materials of metasurface design on its electrodynamic characteristics is studied.
