Abstract:
Among the various types of gyroscopic systems still dominate the global market highly stable two and four wave helium- neon (He-Ne) ring lasers. Their monolithic design and high durability ensure their high specifications. It is shown that the methods of computer simulation and experimental prototyping possible creation of compact He-Ne laser resonators using them emitting nanostructures Al-Be-BeO, applied as electrodes in the discharge cavity monoblock. Such emitting nanostructures prepared and tested in various designs discharge sources of quantum electronics. The studies confirm that the laser gyros monobloc with miniaturization for a long time will be worthy competition new gyroscopes.
