Abstract:
When designing the system of electric power supply of pre-launch equipment of ships with а small displacement a number of technical requirements is moved forward. The requirements are typical for system of electric power supply. For example, the provision of uninterrupted power supply consumers with unintended switching in ship electric power system. The main distinctive requirement, which is for the electric power supply systems, was the rejection electric machine power converters and the application of static power converters. At the moment of working out of the system our domestic industry was producing a very limited number of static electric power converters. In accordance with the requirements the power supply system with the link of direct current voltage with a low value (27 V) was chosen. It should be noted that the tested circuit design and constructive solutions provide a high level of system reliability under extreme operating conditions. The main disadvantage of this system is the existence of two-stage power conversion of power voltage. Each additional conversion reduces the efficiency of the system. In addition, the presence of the DC level with low voltage requires a substantial increase in the wire cross section of the power circuits and cable routes. This increase is necessary to compensate the loss of voltage. The location of power devices and consumers is relatively to each other and is very essential. To avoid double conversion and to remove power unit DC low voltage value is made possible due to the appearance of modern static converters of type CTT ИДВГ.435324.010 ТУ. Having analyzed the most common structures of power supply systems, distribution and transmission of electricity, taking into account the requirements for the power system of the ship-s pre-launch equipment we concluded that it is preferable to use an open radial structure of the system construction of electric power supply. The suggested variant of modernization allows you to increase the efficiency of the system and to reduce its weight and cost by 40%. In comparison with previous devices ПЭ-МП and electrical current rectifiers ТПС-400-28,5 , the new system is smaller dimension, so it is more convenient from the point of deployment and that is very important in the contained spaces of the ship. Besides, the exclusion of power link positions low voltage makes it possible to avoid a rigid binding to lengths of cables at the location at the site. To improve the operation and control power supply equipment it is possible to organize the exchange of information and control commands from a central computer to the device that controls the system power supply.
