Abstract:
Recognition of prostate current condition, its identification using comparing with standard sample of disease descriptions implemented by automation the basic analysis procedures in accordance with the method of recognition, based on the system model is implemented in current article. There are well known preparatory procedures: drawing the contours of the prostate, noise filtering, including statistics of image histograms, Fourier transform and spectrum analysis, polar-logarithmic conversion; image segmentation. To create a system model using results of preparatory procedures analysis the choice of operator description is prepared with determining positions of centers of class clusters. Secondary processing based on the set of operations of cluster analysis using iterative methods of clarifying centers and relative position of each cluster that are describes prostate image to formalize features selection to use it in algorithms of pattern recognition and identification of current prostate condition.
