Abstract:
This article reviews main trends of reducing cost of manufacturing products in machining workshop production in OJSC Pluton. As s result of appearance modern technological equipment, such as EDM machine, CNC machine with extended precision, video measuring systems for monitoring and measurement of products, it is appear new opportunity to reduce cost of manufacturing in machine workshop production. This article presents specific values of reducing labour intensity and factors of such reduction: 1. As a result of changes part-s design. Using modern electrosparking equipment allows increasing the processing area with keeping geometric dimensions and securing required surface quality, thereby it is make possible to eliminate some existing operations, such as processing on manual electrosparking punch machine. 2. As a result of implementation of automatically controlled manufacturing methods. Using CNC machine in machining process is key factor of improving labor productivity. The main task is making right choice of assortment range for transferring to CNC machines. 3. As a result of using group processing methods. The article deals with examples of different options for group processing with using modern equipment: Electrosparking machine Agie Charmilles and video measuring systems. Increasing competition in supplying serial products and holding of tenders for developing new assortment range leads to increasing process of revising by companies existing structure and industrial engineering in order to manufacture high-quality products with minimum terms and costs. OJSC Pluton is one of the leading companies in manufacturing vacuum devices using modern operating procedures and equipment. The additional opportunity to reduce the cost of production appears as a result of using of modern technological equipment. We consider this issue in terms of machine workshop production in OJSC Pluton.
