Abstract:
A method of fabricating microwave energy volume absorbers from vacuum-tight ceramics based on aluminum and titanium oxides is developed. The method maintains stability and reproducibility of absorbers characteristics in process. Aluminum nitride-ferrum and aluminum nitride-molybdenum binary mixtures base composites for vacuum-tight effective high-thermally-conductive microwave energy volume absorbers production are analysed and created. These materials become widely used in constructions of modern electrovacuum microwave devices (magnetrons) and high-energy measuring equipment.
