Abstract:
The report estimates a possibility of development of microwave generator modules based on selfheated magnetrons for generation of nanosecond electromagnetic modules pulse radiation. Was shown the microwave modules can produce the pulse radiation power of 0.3 MW to 5 MW at the pulsewidth of 2 ns to 20 ns and the pulse repetishion rate of 2 kHz. These microwave modules can be used at development of high resolution radars with the range up to general tens of kilometers for solving problems of electronic warfare.
