Abstract:
Realization of increasing requirements to marine power equipment and to their functional capabilities is determined by the solution of the reliability and the life time problems.
Experience in designing the titanium power technology units, with transport and the transformation of matter, energy and momentum, allows formulating general reliability concepts.
The foundations of the concepts in application to of power technology processes are given in this article.
The concept of reliability is based on the following system directions: design, materials and technology of working medium (power technological processes). Trinity of these factors determines the theoretical foundations of reliability.
