Problems of foundation of structure interdepartmental training complex for training students of higher educational institutions to master and operate environmental monitoring systems

Abstract:
The present level of development of society places high demands on the quality of training and calls for the transition to teaching students of educational institutions under the new federal state educational standards of the third generation, which are based on extensive use of active learning methods with the use of modern information technology. One of the main solutions to this problem is the development and implementation in the educational process of higher educational institutions of the country the interdepartmental training complex for training students to master and operate means of monitoring the environment. In the article there are considered on the verbal level possible approaches and problems of developing a methodology of foundation of the structure of the training complex, including: - design and a formal description of a generalized model of tasks and processes (means) of the complex; - select the range of indicators and procedures for assessing the effectiveness of the complex and its components; - adapting the methods of analysis for the synthesis of integrated performance assessment of departmental monitoring systems means, as well as evaluating the quality of training of specialists; - the development of models, algorithms, and software for foundation of the structure of the complex and its elements; - planning and conducting experimental studies to validate the structure of the complex; - analysis of the results of the experiment, the rationale for the requirements and putting forth proposals for design phasing and economic evaluation of the complex.
