Abstract:
Risk of systemic properties of high-end technologies is considered. It is shown that exchange of paradigm of system control when process modeling in complex technological systems to paradigm of systems interaction, including conflict interaction, expandes risk analysis and control capabilities. Results can be use in control of complex systems.
