While functioning of any dynamic system the manifestations of factors (external and internal), negatively influencing efficiency of performance of target tasks take place. Such factors are caused by constructive and technological, operational and external impacts on system. The article contains presentation of new approach to determination of safety indicators in the course of system status evolution in the process of its functioning. The formalized basis consists of regeneration of weight, transitional and spectral functions, according to the current measurements of output system process with a known input data.
