Abstract:
In paper demonstrate identity of immitance stability criterion for stationary generation mode of observable devices and equality zero of denominators of their transmission coefficients in amplifying mode. By separation with each other the real and imaginary parts of these equations are formed systems of two algebraic equations which can be solved as any of two parameters of structure charts of generators and frequency modulators. Founded two variants of the solutions of these equations represent the dependence of selected parameters on the frequency generable signal and amplitude of low-frequency control signal. These solutions are optimal by generation stationary mode criterion in all range of argument-s changing. The selected parameters - imaginary parts of source resistance and the load, and elements of classic transmission matrix of resistive quadripole. Realization of these characteristics at a constant working point of nonlinear element is possible only at finite number of frequency. And for frequency modulator - in some limited range of arguments, which is maximized. Realization task for first optimal characteristics solved by the method of interpolation by characterization multiloop system, when their real frequency characteristics agree to optimal characteristics on four frequencies. The second characteristics realizes by evaluation impedance of typical resistive quadripoles. Mathematical simulation-s results in «MathCAD» and circuit simulation-s results in «OrCAD» satisfactory matches.
