Formalisation reflection content natural-language information resources

Abstract:
The study suggests the approach to the build-up of information support processes quality evaluation integral characteristics system in conditions of unformalized information resources (IR) deconcentration. The study deals with the text structure as a multigraph which depicts the sense of the holistic image having the separate interrelated information or semantic entities constellations as the tops and the relations between the semantic entities in the text - as the edges. The study envisages primary components, forming the informatization infrastructure, and designs goals of the telecommunication systems which include: providing the technological basis for information inquiries and resources interchange; providing stakeholders an access to the IR and the telecommunication services (executes processing of the information inquiries together with information infrastructure; in a dynamic way builds-up the content of the search and delivery of the inquired IR services and executes their servicing); providing the inquiries and IR delivery services. The study asserts that from the point of view of the informatization subjects - demands, regardless of their rank and goals, it is necessary that the infocommunication infrastructure provides the IR possessing the required quality characteristics like completeness, actuality and timeliness of information. The study designates the interrelation between the information delivery processes - quality indexes and their stakeholders - demands, infocommunication systems parameters and information support issues work-up provisions.
