Display of graphic and attribute information of fragments of the image presented linear quadtrees, on the basis of operations of relational algebra

Abstract:
At the image of large volume one its part is stored in the RAM in the image buffer, and other its part is stored on a disk. There is a problem of filling of the buffer of the image information from a disk at shift and change of scale of the image. This task becomes complicated, when it is required to display selectively image fragments together with attribute information belonging to them. For the solution of an objective it is offered to use methods of relational DBMS when the main structure for representation of a fragment of the image is linear quadtree, but in its modified option consisting from address linear quadtree and color linear quadtree. Such approach assumes development of the conceptual model consisting of the relations and communications between them and system of operations over these relations. Attribute information of conceptual model, system of the relations of conceptual model, operation of relational algebra is provided in article over the used relations. The majority of operations are provided in a type of inquiries in the SQL language.
