Problem of effective select offered by radio systems is complex and need a systemic approach. Quite often, radio equipment manufacturers, it is full of information about the possibilities of the equipment. Therefore, the solution of problems of analysis and synthesis, the consumer should strictly follow objectives of the decision-making the allocation of some of the best RMS (technical, informational, operational, economic, temporal and social) in conditions of incomplete information about the preferences of decision maker (PDM).
