Analytical model of system of service of orders of telecommunications operator

Abstract:
The task of improving the quality of processing orders in OSS/BSS, constructed according to the rules of architecture NGOSS, is solved by methods of scheduling theory, queuing theory and operations research. Hence the need to develop models of architecture systems of orders service, problem solving and investigation of the appropriate process. The model and method of assessing the state of OSS/BSS system of telecom operator, taking into account the requirements for building systems operations support NGOSS and the defining characteristics that are required to assess its effectiveness. The developed process model and a functional model of the order processing service operator to adequately reflect the characteristics that are needed to assess the effectiveness of the OSS/BSS, are elements of the methodology and information platform for analyzing and modeling the distributed architecture of management systems of new generation telecommunications networks NGN.
