Reform of the Russian education in the conditions of developing the information society initiated the development of new educational technologies. One of the priority directions for the development of education is the computerization of educational process in the University. Its role is increasing in connection with Russia's entry into the world educational information space. One of the least developed regions in the use of computer technology is creating and using educational informational system with elements of artificial intelligence. This would enhance the effectiveness of training students in various disciplines, and to help teachers in their professional activities. In this regard, the current idea of educational development is to build and use the integrated universal education of the automated information system with elements of artificial intelligence. Such a system would expand the possibilities of individual approach to students. Intelligent learning automated information systems based on work in the field of artificial intelligence. Research in the field of artificial intelligence focused on the design and implementation of computer programs that can simulate or replicate those human activities that require thinking, some skill and experience. As the training of AIS was invited to develop and use in the educational process of university education an automated information system (OAPI) «VUZ» with the following elements of artificial intelligence: knowledge base, intelligent interface and conclusive program. The main purpose of the creation and use of automated information systems in the University is improving the educational process, taking into account the student's identity, its degree of preparedness, the stock of knowledge, as well as automation of teaching teachers that can be achieved through the use of new information technologies. Thus, the design and use of the intellectual training of automated information systems is the foundation of informatization of education that promotes the transition from an industrial to an information society.
