The innovation value revaluation at the high-technology factories in now days economic climate

Abstract:
There is a reasonable need in work to revaluate the values at that day economical challenge. It is a fact, that revaluation the values is continuing process because it is a base of constant improvements. Emphatic opinion of manegement is needed for starting the revaluation. It is not easy desicion for Russian companies and for government structures to start the revaluation. Usually the changes come with understanding that usual scheme does not work. It is need to design the detailed plan to sart the revaluaton process. The plan should includes all details and processes of revaluation. Next, the first area ought to be determined for starting the process and all others areas should be ordered. It is recommended to pay your attention to the factory in first order, beacourse there the value is created. Innovation is the one of the basic moment for revaluation. The people who work at they work places know what things should be improved. Often their innovation proposals are much better than the recommendation of consulters. The work on value revaluation is long and labor-consuming, but very effective.
