Technique of the supershort-term forecast of the dangerous phenomena of weather under the radar-tracking data taking into account a power condition of atmosphere

Abstract:
The equipping combat aircraft complex modern technical facility of management, navigations and combat using has not solved the problems their efficient use in condition of presence of dangerous weather phenomena in region взлета, boarding and performing the combat problem. So one of most responsible stage provision is a storm notification and warning the executives, founded on forecast of the dangerous weather phenomena for aviation and correct identification already appeared dangerous weather phenomena. The proposed methods to identifications and of the forecast is founded on theories of the statistical decisions and uses a priori information on energy condition of atmosphere that allows the uncertainty of the statistical description radar parameters and raise accuracy of the got result. This the effect to realization of the information reserve, concluded in account that thermodynamic particularities of the shaping storm. Exist the intervals of importance is parameter E, being zone decision making about recognized. In these condition with equal efficiency can be used information, got from radar station. The algorithms of the radar recognition and forecast, realizing principle of adaptation to energy condition of atmosphere, are more efficient in contrast with in operative practical person of the storm warning. The estimation using the methods allows to conclude that account of energy condition of atmosphere allows to raise general forecast on 7-13 percent in contrast with traditional methods
