Abstract:
The assessment of development stability of the DIS-enterprise analyzes the enterprise as the realization of a combination of possibilities, evaluating its efficiency of activity during the rapid changes of the external environment. It is reasonable to eliminate the following possibilities and results of their realization for a typical DIS-enterprise, which are the criteria of two groups of efficiency assessment of development stability of the DIS-enterprise. 1. Possibilities - criteria of the first group: 1.1. Technological. 1.2. Scientific and technical. 1.3. Personnel. 1.4. Reputation. 1.5. Social and ecological. 2. Results of possible realization - criteria of the second group: 2.1. Economic stability. 2.2. Social stability. 2.3. Ecological stability. 2.4. Risk stability. The efficiency of development stability of the DIS-enterprise should be defined as the force of complex evaluation under the quantitative values of generic criteria, between possible criteria and actual results of the DIS-enterprise activity. The assessment methodology of the efficiency of development stability of the DIS-enterprise is the universal system that includes the evaluation of risk, and the economic, ecological, and social aspects of the DIS-enterprise activity. It helps to visualize the results of the DIS-enterprise activity during stable development, and to create the basis for proper administrative decisions during such time
