Calculation to models uhf tract, radio receive device P-range to radar station

Abstract:
Proposed UHF tract is part of radio receive device many-frequency of the radar complex, installed on board plane. The Complex can be used for reception of information in interest of the different branches facilities. In given work is presented experience of the development to models UHF tract radio receive device P-range and are brought experimental features of the tract and its nodes, practically marketed by means of both models of the separate nodes, and models whole UHF tract. UHF tract consists of low-noise amplifier (LNA) and converter-amplifier of the tract Р-range (CAT-P). In turn CAT-P consists of band of the filter, mixer and preliminary amplifier of the intermediate frequency (PAIF). The Calculation all element nodes is organized for nodes in micro line performance on polykor substrate. The Models element, elements and UHF tract is designed in program AWR Microwave Office. As a result of adjustment UHF tract, both at development of the models, and pilot model, are received results close to givenned requirements. As a result of functioning is received good correspondence to, both tract element models, and full UHF tract with experimental feature of the pilot model.
