In the given work the technique of definition of service life of radio-electronic means of arms and the military technology, providing the set level of their readiness for fighting application which considers quality of the organization of maintenance service and repair is offered. Reduction of assignments for repair and maintenance service of samples of arms and military technology, and also the beginning of large-scale reequipment on arms new samples and military technology has especially sharply raised the question about perfection of system of their operation. On the foreground there is a problem of definition of service life of arms and military technology, after which economically unreasonably further maintenance of the sample of arms and military technology.
