MEASUREMENT OF PULSATIONS SPECTRA OF SUPPLY VOLTAGE OF HIGH-POWER PULSE MODULATOR

Abstract:
In analyzing the voltage pulsations of a powerful pulse modulator (PM) [1,2,3] developed a scheme and method for measuring the ripple of rectified and impulse voltages. Determine the most significant low-frequency part of the spectra of pulsations of different power sources to calculate the output voltage ripple of PM, the choice of ways to reduce them, adjust voltage and supply of equipment for constructing high-power pulsed microwave generators developed a number of objects [1]. Significant changes ripple at the output of three-phase bridge rectifier (the harmonic amplitudes from first to twelfth) when powered by a common 50 Hz network due to switching of different loads, within 3-8 hours of working time, which confirms the need for independent sources to ensure TD (technical demands) in standard equipment. The measured amplitude of even harmonics vary 1,5-2 times, even with small changes in total control of three-phase autotransformer voltage regulator (РНТ). Determined a significant improvement in the stability of the amplitudes of the fundamental harmonics ripple at 50% regulation of line voltage variation of excitation independent of the electromagnetic transducer (ВПЛ-30). Data are presented to reduce the amplitudes of the second and fourth harmonics of one or two orders of magnitude separate adjustment phase AC power supply. Given the slight increase in the amplitudes of other harmonics, the required measurement and analysis of the fluctuations of the compromise choice of ways to compensate harmonics and tuning charging circuit them in accordance with specific requirements.
