APPROACH TO PARAMETRIC RELIABILITY ESTIMATION OF REAL-TIME COMPUTER SYSTEMS ELECTRONIC MODULES

Abstract:
This article suggests analyzing one of the approaches to parametrical reliability estimation of real- time computer system circuit modules. It allows solving a problem of reliability enhancement considering the factor of failure stability. It is done by correcting the corresponding stable working zone in various coordinates of external destabilizing environmental influence and introducing assessment of parametric reliability. For some unforeseen reasons loose system modules may fail to work and stop serving its functional purpose. For the combination of this one-technology produced computer system modules, one can guarantee the successful task performance with reliability to some extent. Let us analyze the defects and their influence on the working capacity of real-time computer systems electronic modules. We have the definition of parametrical reliability and its graphic form based on the electronic module stability working zone. Academic and practical value of the work consists in the suggested method, focused on the estimation of real-time computer system electronic modules and the correction of their characteristics in the production process and acceptance testing. The novelty of the work is in defining the parametrical reliability of real-time computer system electronic module via its safe operating area and correlative output parameter control of electronic module using Hotteling multidimensional check cards. The scientific results of the work can be used on different production phases and real-time computer system check tests.
