Experience in the implementation of the technology of electronic representation of articles in high-tech industries has shown that the use of any class of software tools and state-of- the-art computer technology does not secure solution of the assigned tasks. The most important factor in their successful solution is the presence of the methodological framework and specific technologies of performing full range of design and technology, production and maintenance work.
