Abstract:
The emergence of knowledge-intensive industries is the result of a natural evolution of technological development, when the ever-increasing spending on science and education in the economy has demanded a closed-loop reproduction, providing return of the funds spent, including broadening the base of research and development and improvement of the education system. In addition, as noted in studies of the feasibility and technological development, there is an idea, either express or implied, of the presence of a functional connection between the cost of the development of science and scientific and technical level of production.
