Requirements to decision support systems (DSS) are considered in this article, which are providing goals determination support. They are demanding increased volumes of knowledge in security management process in indeterminacy conditions; forecasting of a complex system-s conditions, the causes of system «failures» diagnostics. The DSS-s structural-functional scheme is offered. This system, as opposed to other known intellectual systems, includes: - modeling subsystem for formal models of subject field creation, which is used for fulfilling the forecast and restoration of the reasons which have led of time loss of safety; - data bases, bases of knowledge and bases of precedents, which is necessary for the hypotheses formation. This hypotheses are using for solving the problems of modeling and searching for the decisions connected with safety providing. The mathematical methods, which are used in DSS, are based on quantitative data processing methods and on using of the formal approached models for the rational decisions search.
