Approximate basis of professional mobility for students studying high-tech disciplines

Abstract:
Formation of professional mobility for students studying high-tech disciplines is one of topical interests of higher school. In the context of Bologna process mobility of students, higher school teachers, certificated specialists is considered as one of important conditions of existence for Europe field of higher education. Increase of competitive power for Europe higher school and increase of "clarification" of higher education are expected in perspective. This fact will favour the development of professional mobility, the increase of equivalence for Europe higher education, the achievement of compatibility diploma, degrees, qualifications, the formation in practice open-minded attitude to national diploma, the formation systems guarantee quality of higher education. Realization the statements of Bologna declaration is connected with transition to «competence» training model in Russian education. Let us define professional mobility as activities of subject which is directed to possibility of changing in professional field and to master new business. Formation of professional mobility is directly connected with formation competences which guarantee receipt of an experience of independent activities and coordination own actions with actions of partners. Professional mobility of certified specialists, bachelor's and master's degree graduates is supposed self-development and self-analysis, independent increase of qualification and orientation on competitive power in labour market. During the training process in higher school it is necessary provide valuable understanding of object knowledge, skills, general methods of cognition, methods of activities, acquiring attitude to the world around, rules of conduct. The author develops scientific-and-methodical concept based on principles the system-activity approach to training technology. This concept gives solution the problem of formation of professional mobility from beginning courses of technical university. Realization of this concept is fulfilled on the base of higher mathematics course. The contents of this course is constructed on the base of new principles.
