Design method of unified controller of unstandardized traffic channels in real-time computer systems

Abstract:
The article subject is one of upgrade methods of unstandartized traffic channels in computer systems of special-purpose products. There are a wide variety of traffic channels in named systems. Decision to unify them is unrealizable, since each of them has certain capacity and requirements for galvanic coupling with subscriber. The analysis of applied engineering solutions on construction of unstandartized traffic channels is conducted; formalization of these engineering solutions as typical set of logical sections (operational block, control unit) and synthesis variants of unified controller circuit are offered basing on modern elements of radioelectronics. Theoretical and practical significance of work lays in offered method of channel unification at controller side that allows realizing unification of various controllers for each channel to uniform controller programmed for necessary interconnect protocol. Practical application of this design method enables to reduce number of controllers stored in SPTA set and in-crease channels test thoroughness by reduction of input data volume while loading test program for whole set of unified controllers. Novelty of work lays in offered solution of coordination unifying of specialized computer with subscribers by integration of unified controller of unstandardized traffic channels; distinction of solution consists of application of associative memory for synthesis of controller control unit providing almost simultaneous access to all information stored in memory, apparent independence of information retrieval time from memory capacity, integration of information processing elements directly in access process and information processing directly in its storage environment. Scientific outcomes may be used while design and creation of traffic channels of special-purpose products' computer systems.
