Abstract:
The questions of improvement of technologies of safety of functioning of technical systems are studied in the paper. Relation between indices of efficiency and safety of dynamic systems functioning, in particular, flying devices is considered. It is offered to define conditions of safety dynamically, depending on a system functioning stage. On an example influence of system functioning time on safety conditions is shown. The asymptotic approximation for region of safe exterior actions depending on moment of these actions is obtained. The technological conditions of safety of functioning of dynamical objects are given by the obtained estimation.
