Rational water management at the enterprises of the radiotronics at introduction of new technological plans and perspective methods of sewage treatment

Abstract:
For rational water management at the enterprises of instrument making and an electronics the important role is played with the tendency of introduction of turnaround systems of industrial water supply with use of refined sewage which will allow to reduce sharply water diversion from natural radiants, will give in cutting waste interception of industrial sewage on city sewage disposal plants. In connection with pinch of requirements to quality of sewage treatment last years more and more the wide circulation is gained with methods of afterpurification of city sewage that increases an opportunity of examining of industrial waters as a potential reserve for further use. With the purpose of optimization of processes of sanitation of galvanic runoffs and the organization at the enterprises of rational water management development of the complex solution of use of water at the enterprises of instrument making has been carried out on the basis of the physicochemical methods of sanitation. The universal technological plan of effluent polishing with use of existing stations of neutralizations on the basis of application of processes ultra- and is offered to a hyperfiltration. However it is offered to apply more unobstructive constructions which will enable to use water in a revolution of the enterprise to the new enterprises of a radiotronics. Studying of an opportunity of membrane methods of water treating, and also the received positive effects{results} of experience on action of laser radiation on processes of sanitation of galvanic runoffs, laser-magnetic action, allow to apply the plan of sanitation of runoffs without insert in a complex of station of neutralization. The given solutions at introduction of high technologies of sanitation of runoffs will give in making an effective landlocked water service facilities of industrial complexes with the underload fences of natural water from a radiant.
