V.V. Belousov

An analytical review of modern basic researches and developments in the field of automated systems of management and data processing is presented. The review is based on materials of reports of the X-th international scientific and technical conference «Cybernetics and high technologies of the XXI-st century» (C&T*2009), which passed in May, 13-15th, 2009 in Voronezh. The problematic of researches is grouped in four main directions of the conference: general problems of management; intelligence information systems in management information systems; management information systems and monitoring in space, sea and earth-based systems; perspective automated technologies. The review includes description of the most interesting and significant works, published in materials of the conference.
