SYNTHESIS AND IDENTIFICATION OF NANOSTRUCTURES PROCESSES CONTROL TECHNOLOGY

Abstract:
The Possibility summary nanosystem substantially depend on methods of the analysis and their synthesis nanostructur. Thus special importance is got by methods of the analysis of morphological features two-dimensional nanostructur. Widespread methods of the visual analysis highresolution microphotos do not allow to compare among themselves results of consecutive change nanostructur. The estimation of morphological changes demands carrying out of a considerable quantity of measurements. Therefore it is expedient to use the methods of the analysis connected with definition of quantitative parametres which in turn, are used for management of processes of synthesis demanded nanostructur. It is necessary to notice that definition of these parametres occurs to the limited accuracy connected with influence of variety of stirring factors. As various factors can have identical stirring effect, they are difficult for separating from each other. It, in turn, leads to occurrence of theoretical, ineradicable measurements at carrying out, an error which makes essential impact on level of reliability of results of identification nanostructur.
The offered technology of management provides increase of reliability of results by the maximum elimination of influence of stirring factors (hindrances), and consequently also a theoretical error which, finally defines quality of identification synthesised nanostructur. It is a necessary condition of maintenance in the further their standardization and certification
