SPECIAL SYSTEMS OF THERMODIAGNOSTICS WITH THE EXCLUDED THEORETICAL COMPONENT OF A METHODICAL ERROR

Abstract:
The choice of strategy of management of technological processes is impossible without systems of thermodiagnostics, stable to change of spectral factor of radiation of investigated object for a long time continuous work. As reception in real time of the additional information on values of spectral factor of radiation and its changes is almost impossible, designing of systems of thermodiagnostics is necessary for beginning with minimisation of a theoretical component of a methodical error of definition of temperature which arises because of variability of spectral factor of radiation.
The results of researches resulted in work have shown that with comprehensible to the decision of engineering problems an error it is possible to choose combinations of values of width of a working spectral interval of systems of thermodiagnostics for its various positions in a radiation spectrum at which there are equal values of a theoretical component of a methodical error, and simultaneously to minimise the theoretical component of a methodical error arising because of variability of spectral factor of radiation that considerably simplifies engineering calculation of special systems of thermodiagnostics
