PROPERTIES AMORPHOUS MAGNETIC WEAK ALLOYS ON BASIS Fe-Co

Abstract:
Parameters of explored amorphous alloys on a base of system Fe-So-Si-B have a series of interesting properties. So, at diminution of concentrating of Si from 8 up to 1 ат. % the induction monotonously raises and the freezing point is reduced. At contents Si less ~ 4 % induction В10 exceeds 1,6 Tl, and at the contents about 1 % Si it can reach values 1,7-1,8 Tl. It is necessary to note, that rate of growth of values В10 after a magnetic annealing in a longitudinal field is much more in comparison with a magnetic annealing in a cross field. It is bound by that at diminution of the contents of silicium and magnification of an induction after a magnetic annealing in a cross field the slope angle of a magnetization curve decreases and fields of saturation are accordingly incremented. All explored alloys after a magnetic annealing in a longitudinal field have high values of coefficient squarenesses Кs (not less than 0,9). After a magnetic annealing in a cross field the tendency of growth Кs (from 0,03 up to 0,3) is observed at diminution of concentrating of silicium. Explored alloys (except for an alloy with 8%Si) have temperature Curie exceeding a temperature of crystallization Тc > Тcr. Pinch of concentrating Co higher 20 ат. % does not give in the further growth of an induction and, apparently, it is inexpedient. The coercive force Nc in alloys with contents Si from 8 up to 2 % is at low enough level (2,4-3,2 А/м), and in an alloy with contents Si about 1 % grows up to ~ 6,4 А/м.
