Abstract:
For dislocation aggregation and free surface interaction research there have been developed the bundled software (BS), which is the integration of the autoren model of quasidynamic simulation of the dislocations interaction into ANSYS computing environment. In the basis of BS functioning there lie the initial problem decomposition, by which the description of the processes for dislocations in volume with boundary reduced to the computation with ANSYS the stress and displacement fields for free of dislocations with boundary which is under action of the stress and displacement fields produced by the dislocations aggregation . The data of computer simulation received on basis of developed BS for the process of interaction of free surface with  aggregation of edge dislocations are represented
