Abstract:
The article have scientific and methodological base including substantiational device of methods and criteria, allowing to choose the rational technical decisions are stated at formation of technical shape of the fighter, allowing to solve some problems in conditions of inconsistent influence of accepted technical decisions, and also directed on search of the rational concept (the basic idea of creation and fighting application) АC and optimization of values of its tactical and technical characteristics and design data
