AN ALGORITHM OF DETECTION OF SIGNALS AND SIMULATING COMPLEX STRUCTURE HINDRANCES WHEN CONDUCTING RADIO ENGINEERING SURVEILLANCE

Abstract:
The article is about an algorithm of quasi-optimal detection and identification of parameters of simulating complex structure hindrances. Application of a method of local convolution of a spectrum for detection of pulse signals with intrapulse modulation is offered in this article. Algorithm testing was conducted by a method of imitating modelling. The probability of correct detection of signals of simulating hindrances with intrapulse modulation and probability of erroneous recognition of a type of modulation of simulating hindrances was thus estimated. To solve the formulated problems specialized software has been worked out by «MATHLAB - 7.0» imitating modeling. It can execute the following functions: − formation of signals with LFM with the set parameters; − formation of a combination of signals and simulating hindrances with LFM; − modeling of noise influence on a combination of signals and hindrances by imposing additive white noise; − calculation of a discrete spectrum of an in-coming combination; − detection of signals and simulating hindrances with intrapulse modulation by a discrete spectrum of an in-coming combination. The worked out algorithm allows to expand possibilities of sophisticated devices of radio monitoring to receive and process deliberate complex structure hindrances.
