Abstract:
Receiving and amplifying tubes for amplification and conversion of high frequency oscillations in the receiver and to improve low-frequency fluctuations in the receivers and amplifiers. Currently used as a high-quality audio amplifiers equipment Hi-Fi and Hi-End. The proposed article describes the results of studies on the application of the composite aluminum-nickel for the anode tubes. Anodes produced previously using a galvanic aluminium plating and carbon blackening has a significant drawback is the possibility of the content in the carbon layer of products of incomplete decomposition of hydrocarbons or their forming during annealing in hydrogen, which led to the gas during pumping in the lamps and the emergence of residual gas components affect the work of the cathode. Aluminum thickness of 30 microns to apply a nickel-based and roll with a 50% compression. After rolling in the size of composite heat treatment at a temperature of 650-700 degrees C for 0.5 hour to delete bubble that contributed to good properties of the material in the manufacture and use of anodes in the lamps.
