The paper considers the possibility of detecting an interference signal coming from different angular positions by an airborne multifunctional radar with aperture synthesis, including from directions corresponding to "dips" of the side lobes of the total antenna pattern. The synthesis of the optimal multichannel interference detector in the airborne radar is performed. The detection algorithm is based on the analysis of the mutual correlation matrix of signals of several receiving channels. The modeling of the optimal four-channel detector when receiving interference from different angular positions is carried out and its characteristics are investigated.
