Abstract:

It is necessary to conduct a feasibility study to select the preferred option MPAR at all its stages of the creation and upgrade.

A new generalized indicator of the technical and economic efficiency of the MPAR is based on some quantitative assessments: a private complex indicator of target efficiency, a private complex indicator of reliability, a private complex indicator of resource reliability, a private complex indicator of efficiency. The article is illustrated the application of a generalized efficiency indicator to select the preferred the MPAR option which is basing on the “effect maximization principle”.
