Problem statement. Planar transformers are an important element of modern electrical engineering and electronics due to their unique design and highly efficient characteristics. They are used in many devices where high installation density, power, compactness and reliability are required.
Goal. Consider planar transformers using additive technologies and the possibility of creating such components mounted on printed circuit boards. Development and implementation of a planar transformer.
Results. The analysis was performed on server hardware in software packages such as CST studio suite 2025 and Autodesk CFD 2024, and the model was designed and corrected in Ascon Kompas-3D V24 and Autodesk Inventor Pro 2025 programs.
Practical significance. Planar transformers are a powerful and efficient solution for many modern devices. Their unique design, high power and low electrical losses make them indispensable in conditions of dense installation and high efficiency requirements.
