Abstract:

Abstract. Geolocation and ground-penetrating radar (GPR) technologies are becoming increasingly relevant in the agricultural industry, satellite communications and radar. This is due, among other things, to the rapid development of satellite technologies and UAVs. To do this, it is necessary to create new, modify and adapt already known mathematical, electrodynamic and other soil models.

This paper considers a well-known model from the field of soil hydrology "Texas Farm" and adapts to a problem from the field of electrodynamics, namely to the distribution of current induced by radio waves (georadar technology) in the soil. This makes it possible to apply the results of this article in further research on the development of an electrodynamic soil model.
